Ordered my bike and it arrived very quickly. Opened the box and constructed the bike which was very simple. All tolls provided and easy to follow instructions.I noticed my rear mud guard slightly dented and my back light holder bent so I emailed and immediately was served with a refund of £25 which I accepted as it did not interfere with the working of the bike. Great customer service.Too the bike out and it was limited to 15 mph however after a simple YouTube tutorial I changed the settings and I was upto 28 mph. Very sturdy and charges in about 5 hours.Breaks are not hydronic however work great. Bike looks, feel and rides fantastic.Positives are:

Non hydronic breaks.Peddling only takes you to about 20mph due to the gear ratios and you have to go full electric after to 28mph as peddling does nothing.Overall ... 9.5 out of 10 .
